Parkway South

Parkway South is a one mile wide corridor along South Fulton Parkway beginning one-half mile east of Stonewall Tell Road and moving west approximately nine miles to Cascasde-Palmetto Highway. South Fulton Parkway, as a whole, is a 23 mile thoroughfare stretching from I-85 / I-285 and the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport westward to the Chattahoochee River.

Fourth Street Place

Fourth Street Place is a mixed use development in Midtown, Atlanta at 4th Street and Peachtree Street. Master Planning is in conjunction with Lutheran Church of the Redeemer , adjacent property owners and the urban redevelopment known as the "Midtown Mile". The project is currently in a 1 year – 18 month planning phase with development expected to begin in 2010.

Roswell East

Roswell East is a proposed 100 acre development and is currently on hold. The property is located along GA 400 running from the Chattahoochee River up to the intersection at Holcombe Bridge Road in Roswell, Georgia. After 2 years of extensive Master Planning for a Mixed Use project no time line has been determined for development and it’s future will be greatly influenced by economic and political considerations.
