Atlanta, GA – The struggling auto industry has thrown a wrench into a deal that would bring a BMW training center worth at least $40 million to Atlanta, sources close to the project say.
The BMW project would involve a national training center for mechanics and other personnel on about 25 acres near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

In partnership with Ornstein – Schuler Capital partners LLC, CRB Realty Associates, Inc. has developed a master plan for 2,500 acres along South Fulton Parkway west of the Atlanta Airport for homes, offices, stores and warehouses.
The $2 billion development could become a job center that serves the population growth the area has experienced during the last decade.
Parkway South would span the nine-mile stretch of south Fulton Parkway between Stonewall Tell Road and Cascade Palmetto Highway, with the center of the stretch at Highway 92, where retail development is already underway.
Given its potential impact, this deal was chosen as Best in Real Estate Awards finalist in the Land Category.

An Atlanta developer and an intown church are making big plans for mixed-use development in the heart of the "Midtown Mile."
In an agreement announced in November, CRB Realty Associates Inc., a real estate development and brokerage firm led by Scott Brown and longtime Atlanta developer Charles R. Brown, will join Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in master-planning a mixed-use development on the two blocks immediately north and south of Fourth Street on the east side of Peachtree Street.
