CRB Realty Associates, Inc. is a real estate development and brokerage firm that has over 60 years of combined experience in Atlanta Real Estate between its two principals. Charles R. Brown (View Bio) has been an icon in the office development business in Atlanta since he was a project manager for the 2,000,000 square foot development Atlanta Center in 1976. Following that he became President of Technology Park and developed over 10 million square feet of space. Not quite ready for retirement, Mr. Brown moved on to the master development of the 12 million square foot mixed-use redevelopment of Atlantic Steel, named the Atlantic Station project. He has since teamed with his son, Scott Brown (View Bio), who previously worked for CARTER and Seefried Properties. Scott has been involved in brokerage and development since 1992.
With the completion of the SouthTrust Building (now Wachovia) and the 17th Street Bridge, Charles and Scott moved away from Atlantic Station and have been, while planning and consulting for others, working on mixed used projects for their own account such as Roswell East, Parkway South and 4th Street Place in Midtown.
In 2006, Debbie Bender joined the company as Director of Operations. Debbie owned and handled the day to day operations of a group of Transportation / Logistics companies in Detroit, Michigan prior to moving to Atlanta.
